Return Policy

RETURNS

On our website, your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We provide return instructions. Before returning an item, please contact us via email to explain the issue you are experiencing. If you wish to return your order, please notify us via email or live chat, specifying the reason and your order number, within 7 days of receipt. Please also request the return address from customer service. Please do not return items without authorization. We may not receive your return and will not issue a refund. Your feedback is very important to us. All items must be returned complete, in their original packaging. All packages must be sent via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns before placing your order.

REFUNDS

We are pleased to inform you that if you wish to request a refund, your unsatisfactory items may be refunded in part or in full, depending on the situation. You must provide a detailed explanation and clear photos of the reason for the return. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from customer service. Please allow 5 to 7 business days from
